ABOUT US
Philippa and Jolene are Irish sisters born and bred in Belfast, Ireland. They have been singing since before they can remember. Rumour has it that they came into this world singing at the top of their lungs!
The O’Hara Sisters have performed all over the length and breadth of Ireland from sell out arena shows in the SSE Arena, Belfast to exclusive concerts for the world’s top golfers at the British Open Championship in Portrush. Their performances have amassed over 5 and a half million views on Youtube alone.
These Irish Songbirds bring you a show like no other, with beautiful family ‘blood’ harmonies and plenty of Irish charm thrown in for good measure. They will take you on a journey through their favourite musical influences ranging from Irish legends such as Van Morrison, Mary Black and The Corrs to international bands like Queen and Abba.
So, make sure you warm up your voices and put on your dancing shoes for a night to remember!

WHAT WE DO
session vocals
Jolene and Philippa are both experienced session vocalists having provided vocals for countless artists including Van Morrison, Ian Dodson and other local artists. The sisters also record their own original material and are currently working on a new album of original tracks. Keep an eye out for more details.
weddings
Philippa and Jolene have had the honour of singing at countless weddings over the years. They enjoy nothing more than the natural and haunting acoustics of Churches and Cathedrals and meeting all the lovely people along the way. They have built an extensive repertoire of love songs and hymns so, hopefully, it won’t be too difficult for them to choose their own wedding music when (if) the time comes!
Theatre & TV
The O’Hara sisters have worked on many tv and theatre shows throughout the years. They have appeared in ‘My Mother and Other Strangers’ for the BBC and also in theatre shows at The Lyric Theatre; ‘Good Vibrations’, ‘Under the Hawthorn Tree’, Sweeney Todd’ and Ssh! We Have a Plan’ and have toured America, Asia and beyond.
Private & large events
The O’Hara sisters are no strangers to the SSE Arena in Belfast where they perform for an audience of 12,000. But, they are open to any type and size of gig – such as the more intimate setting somewhere like The Black Box, Belfast provides. Whatever size and scale of your event, get in touch!
